People that combine quality and quantity, and stick to what this site should be...a dictionary for slang words, not a site bashing kids in your high school, a message board, or a place to post random shit. Doesn't matter if it's offensive to certain people...that's not against the principles of this site.
Diego, Nick D, and Bastardized Bottomburp are part of the UrbanElite. Most of the people listed by Shawn B. are not.
