Fresh Off the Board. originally referred to Chinese immagirants (in olden days, and even now, chinese took boats to come to north america, hence the boat) These are people who can't properly speak english and stick to their country's way of fashion mostly. But no longer is refered only to asians, its refered to all races (chinese, persians etc.) Most of the times though it is not used in a personal way to degrade people, just as a joke.

anal retentive

Person/persons who obviously have something stuck up their butt, but (no pun intended) feel the need to take it out on everyone else! These people also must have everything "just so" and if it isn't, oh there's gonna be anal retentive hell to pay, (i.e. nagging, bitching, complaining, delegating tasks/chores, and other various bossy crap too long to mention here.

He/she is so anal retentive they freak out at the sight of anything that isn's "just so"

Person/persons who, if not in control of many aspects in other's lives will go ballistic. This ensues telling, demanding, and finally just doing what they wanted all along.

These persons are the complete opposite of, and will clash with those who are laid back

These people must have everything thing "just so" , in order and are consumed w/ detail. If things aren't going "their way", they will often resort to nagging, bitching, complaining and even delegating tasks/chores in order to have order/control.
