Pronounced 'twart' by Americans for some reason.

"Huh?"
"Y'know, a fool, idiot, dolt, silly-thing, beastly-man".
"Oh! A TWAT!"
"That's what I said, man".
"No you didn't".

Fingon

One of the Kings of the Noldor in JRR Tolkien's Silmarillion; he was not of the house of Feanor but fell under the Doom of the Noldor. His realm was in Hithlum, especially Mithrim; he later shared his realm with humans also. He was slain while leading a host of elves and humans against the armies of Morgoth in Nirnaeth Arnoediad.

Not to be confused with Finrod and Turgon. Tolkien's rhyming-couplet names can make his works a minefield for anyone who doesn't have a good memory of who's who (although it doesn't matter much in Fingon's case, because he appears only very rarely).

Polyhex

City on Cybertron, a major Decepticon centre and possibly Decepticon headquarters. Site of the largest/only smelting pit. Ruled by Lord Straxus and later by the Triumvirate.

Featured in the TransFormers comic.

Blaster and his team plan to break into Polyhex and release the captives.

no truck

To have no truck with someone or something is to want nothing to do with her, him or it.

Appears to be derivative from an archaic meaning of "truck" which can mean "to trade or barter".

Some dude just told me it's obsolete, but I use it anyway. And I've got no truck with people who say it's obsolete.

I want nothing to do with the BNP because i've got no truck with Nazis.

I have no truck with the whole Bushite conception of foreign policy.
