A character from the anime/book/manga series, The Rising of the Shield Hero. She appears as a woman in her mid-twenties, with long orange hair and raccoon-like ears and tail. What makes her special in the series is that, like all "demi-humans" (referred to as half-animals in the anime), her maturity is based on how fast she "levels up" (in the world that ROTSH takes place in, it is similar to an RPG and has a similar levelling-based system.). This results in her eventually having more physical growth compared to mental growth.

In the anime, she is partnered with the Shield Hero (there are four "cardinal heroes" in the anime), Naofumi Iwatani. She and Filo (another character) often argue over him on certain matters.

Also, she gets lewded, which results in two different fanbases: the "Protect Raphtalia" fanbase and the "Lewd Raphtalia" fanbase.
Friend: Hey, have you heard of the Rising of the Shield Hero?
Me: Yeah, it's great!
Friend: Yeah, I like Raphtalia! She's the best character!
Me: .......agreed, my friend

Wings of Fire is a book series written by Tui T. Sutherland about ten different dragon tribes across two fictional continents. Each dragon tribe has their own unique traits and abilities--for example, SeaWings have gills and can swim very quickly, and SkyWings have massive wings and can fly very quickly.

The first five books take perspective of a cast of five dragonets that need to fulfill a prophecy to save their continent. From there, it's difficult to explain without spoiling the plot, so I will not expose any information.

The series currently contains 18 (21 if you include graphic novels) books as of writing--13 in the main series and 5 spinoffs. Another book is currently being written for the main series, ideally released in 2021. An animated show is also in the works, being animated by Warner Bros. Animation.

Clone Hero is a free rhythm game developed primarily by Syrlain in 2017. The game's purpose is to closely imitate the more well-known rhythm game franchise "Guitar Hero" (hence "clone" hero) and expand upon its weaknesses with greatly improved modularity, lyric support, more song selection, easier song creation, and more. (Songs are downloaded separately and placed in the songs folder of the game).

The game features singleplayer, local multiplayer, and online multiplayer (though it is a rather unsophisticated system and generally regarded as difficult to use) modes. As of the Public Test Build release, it is also possible to join an online game as a spectator.

The game has full keyboard, controller, or guitar controller support if the user wishes to use one of these input devices (the user will have to manually bind controls in the settings, however).
Clone Hero is a delightful game and provides hours of fun provided the right songs.

A respectable racing simulation game created by the company Kunos Simulazioni, released on December 19th of the year 2014. The game has 178 different vehicles to choose from (a good chunk of them are paid DLC) and it is possible to mod the game to add more, though a lot of mods are of poor quality from personal experience. The game has 19 reasonably detailed tracks with no default rainy or snowy weather conditions or day/night cycle, so one may prefer another simulation for this reason. Again, it is possible to mod the game to add more tracks.

As for realism, Assetto Corsa is reasonably accurate; most of the people that pick on it for ridiculous understeer have no idea what they're doing and can't enter a corner to save their god damn life (or don't know how to set up their car correctly. Like, seriously guys; default setups in any game usually favor understeer. This is common knowledge. Change your setup if you want more oversteer, damnit!). The game also has quite good graphics for its time, and you should be fine running it on medium to high settings with an RX 560 or better. The sound design is tolerable, perhaps a little mediocre.
Me, to a friend: Hey, have you heard of this game called Assetto Corsa? You might like it, I know you're into sim-racing.
Friend: Oh, thanks! I've heard of it but never tried it. I think I'll install it today.
