Get the AMmug. X26 is a brand of taser devices. Its one of the newest in it's kind. It's a taser that has what's called XP. Extra Pennitration. What this means, is that it can easily pennitrate through lines of clothing, and then it causes the NMI effect. NMI is short for Neuromuscular Incapacitation. Get the X26mug. IPV is short for Intrapulmonary Percussive Ventilation which is a breathing treatment used to help remove secretions.
It can be administered by a mouthpiece, mask, or endotracheal/tracheostomy tube.
A fine aerosol of medication is breathed in, and another part of the medication is percussed into the patient's lungs, so that he can clear them by the cough assist machine, coughing up secretions, and/or suctioning.

Get the IPVmug. The Ohmeda TruSat is a pulse oximeter that was invented in 2005. It is one of the world's smallest bedside monitors that is a lot smaller than most of the bedside pulse oximeters out on the market today. It has two buttons, one for the on/off button, one to silence the alarm, and a green wheel, that can be pressed in, and/or turned to select settings!!
Features include:

2. alarm limits visible at all times.
3. 48 hour TREND DATA.
4. Pir or Perfusion index measurements.

Nellcor has been around for many many years, and in 1983 built the first oximeter in its name, the NELLCOR N-100, and has gone A VERY VERY LOOOOOOOOOOONG WAY SENCE THEN!

1. I have a NELLCOR N-600 Pulse oximeter which is awsome, so now I can monitor my Spo2 a lot more easier and don't have to go to the hospital to get it measured, so that's nice.
