Possibly derived from the 'irritating office joker' character on BBC sketch comedy The Fast Show (late 90s), of the same name, but most likely originated a long time before.

Blotsortified - modified in a great way
Bloterator - Mod on a forum, or someone who destroys things
Blotsortarian - A person
Blotcom - www.blotsort.com or a domain name
Blotmail - @blotsort.com email address, or an email address.

if someone says something and you think its cool, but you dont feel like saying "Cool"
