nirvana

Considered by many one of the greatest rock bands of all time. They had raw lyrics and their guitars were never tuned, but thats what made them good. They didnt have to use tons of little machines to play their music. Tragically, the front man of Nirvana killed himself of an overdose of drugs. He was in some ways mentally ill, it wasn't that he couldn't handle fame, it was that he couldn't handle success. If you read his biography it will tell you all about his childhood and how horrible it was.

Nirvana is a grunge band from Seattle in the early 90's.

Also home to the "risque" club, a group of kids that stand there and go, "how RISQUE am I" and making secret gestures. The phrase was started by the class of 2007 as freshman. They think that they are the coolest kids in the world because they can say that word and no one else can unless they are in the group, and if you do and you arent in the group then you are a huge fag. Basically, its the "n" word of New Canaan.
