Gundam 0080 

In the final days of the One Year War, a Zeon special forces group infiltrates a colony to gather information on a new Gundam unit. Alfred Izuruha, a 10-year-old student, befriends Zeon rookie pilot Bernie Wiseman during a brief mobile suit combat. Meanwhile, Al meets up with Christina MacKenzie, his former neighbor and babysitter. Little does he know that not only is Christina a member of the Earth Federation, she's the test pilot of the new Gundam NT-4 prototype.
Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket aired in the U.S. on Toonami in 2001.

Kekkaishi 

Yoshimori and Tokine are just your average kids who go to the same school together and they also happen to be neighbors. During the day they go their separate ways, but at night they both have to go protect the land of Karosumari. A job passed down to them from generations of Kekkaishi in both of their families. The families are 'rivaling' but the two of them get along just fine. At night Yoshimori and Tokine with their demon dogs Hakubi and Madarao, do their best to rid the land of evil. But everything isn't always so simple.
Kekkaishi comes on Adult Swim.

Sailor Moon 

One day, Usagi Tsukino, a clumsy 2nd-year middle school student (8th grader), stumbles upon a talking cat named Luna. Luna tells her that she is destined to be Sailor Moon, "champion of love and justice," and she must search for the fabled Moon Princess. Usagi finds friends that turn out to be destined senshi as well, and together they fight to save the world from the certain doom brought upon by the Dark Kingdom (Queen Beryl, the generals, Metallia).
Sailor Moon was first shown on Toonami in 1998. There are a total of 200 episodes.

Tenchi Muyo 

Tenchi Masaki was a normal 17 year old boy until the day he accidentally released the space pirate Ryoko from a cave she was sealed in 700 years ago when people thought she was a demon. In a series of events, four other alien girls show up at the Masaki household as Tenchi learns much about the heritage he never knew about and deals with five alien girls who each have some sort of romantic interest in him.
Tenchi Muyo used to come on Toonami and Adult Swim.

Dragonball GT 

Taking place 10 years after the final Dragonball Z story, Emperor Pilaf finally manages to get all 7 dragonballs and makes a wish. Unfortunately for Pilaf, he gets flustered by the presence of Goku and wishes for Goku to be a child again so that Pilaf could "teach him a lesson." Pilaf gets his wish, and Goku is off on an interstellar trip to gather the 7 "Black Star Dragonballs" that can reverse the wish and return him to adulthood. The Black Star Dragonballs also have lethal side effects. After a wish has been granted, the Black Star Dragon Balls spread all over the galaxy. If all seven balls are not re-collected and returned to the planet on which the wish was granted, the planet will explode. Goku and Vegeta also turn Super Saiyan 4 in this series and also fuse to form Gogeta.
Dragonball GT aired in the U.S. on Toonami in 2003. Unlike the first two series, it was not based on the original Dragon Ball manga. There are a total of 64 episodes.

Dragonball Z 

As a young adult, Goku meets his older brother, Raditz, who tells him that they come from a warrior race of extraterrestrials called Saiyans. The Saiyans had sent Goku to Earth to destroy it, but his ship crashes upon arrival. Goku fell into a deep ravine and lost all memory of his mission. Goku refuses to help Raditz continue the mission, after which he begins to encounter others who want to battle him, such as the Saiyan prince Vegeta. He also encounters Frieza, who is considered to be one of the strongest beings in the universe, after which Goku begins training his first child, Son Gohan, to be his successor. Years later, a group of soldiers from the Red Ribbon army known as androids appear to kill Goku. Another android, Cell, absorbs Androids #17 and #18 from the Red Ribbon army to increase his power, then fights Goku and Gohan, resulting in Goku's death. Goku decides to stay dead for seven years to train in the Other World. When he returns, he is drawn into a battle for the universe against an extraterrestrial named Majin Buu. Joined by Vegeta and Gohan, the evil half of Buu is destroyed and the Good Buu (Mr. Buu) settles down with them. Ten years later at a martial arts tournament, Goku meets evil Buu's human reincarnation, Uub. At the end of the series, Goku takes Uub away on a journey to train him as another successor.
Dragonball Z first aired on Toonami in 1998 when Moltar was originally its host. Tom was Toonami's host after Moltar. There are 291 episodes.

G Gundam 

In the Year FC 60, much of mankind inhabits space colonies which orbit the Earth. Dominance over the colonies is decided once every four years by a large tournament in which each nation sends a single representative to fight the others with a giant robot called a Gundam. Domon Kashuu is selected to represent Neo-Japan in one of these tournaments, but he fights less to ensure his nation's victory than to find his brother, who has been blamed for the deaths of Domon's parents and the disappearance of a very dangerous weapon, the Dark Gundam or Devil Gundam.
G Gundam was shown in the U.S. on Toonami in 2002. There are a total of 49 episodes.
