A stupid supervisor. Bosstards are a huge source of workplace problems. Dilbert's pointy haired boss exemplifies the typical bosstard.

A shortsighted and stubborn boss, or a boss with a low IQ. A pun of bastard and a combination of boss and retard.

That bosstard won't give me a raise no matter how hard I work. The bosstard is an idiot!
