A Joopsy is a smart, sensitive girl. Usually the youngest in the family the name comes from the baby talk her family makes to her when she's under a year old. Joopsies are good at art and prefer cozy, rainy days where they can curl up and draw as opposed to sunny days and outdoor activities.
