n.- Used to refer to someone or something that is very hardcore. When used in reference to a person, it is used when speaking of someone with a combination of qualities including physical attractiveness, social acceptance, humor, and overall kindness

A: You see that guy/girl?

B: Yeah, he/she is good looking

A: I've talked to him/her. He/she seems really cool. Kind and funny.

B: Just a regular old Heckman, then...
