YBCUT is constantly aimed at Mr Raymond Loulach who always seems to be burning due to a number of factors. YBCUT was a word created for that reason of Mr Loulash always being cut and it is said by a person to make the "cut" person more angry/upset then they already are. YBCUT will be used worldwide for everybody that is cut.
