would-worker

A person who would build nice, awesome things, if only they had that newest, best tool. Or, if they had any skills.
Example:
My neighbor Jeff is such a would-worker. He's always saying how he would build a new shed, and would build chairs, and would make furniture if he only had the ToolMaster 5000, instead of the MegaTool4500.

The International Workers of The World

The commonly mispronunciation of The Industrial Workers of The World(IWW) it is commonly used instead of the proper name of the IWW despite the name itself meaning absolutely nothing as it state’s international two times in the name which is just plane dumb.
