Wishram 

A small drug town founded on the railroad there is no skatepark and its illegal to cross the railroad tracks to the river it is still bouncing back from the drug war in the 80's all the tweaker's kids are growing up just like their parents smoking pot today smoking dope tomorrow there is nothing to do in wishram except commit crimes or go somewhere else.
