A mentally crippling and degenerative disease in which a white person (usually male) not only tries to be, but actually thinks that they are black. If you ask them what their race is they will always respond by saying they are black. Usually looked at as a joke since the fact that they are white but trying to act black makes everything they do extremely comical. Those at the highest risk for wiggeritis are white males in their early teens to mid twenties and live in a middle to upperclass society. Wiggeritis, unfortunatly, rarely ever reverses itself.

That white boy has got a serious case of wiggeritis.

Wiggeristics 

Items, props, jewelry and the indicators that helps to identify a white person as a "Wigger." This may include but not limited to certain older automobiles, hydraulics, baggy pants, puffy jackets, Fubu clothing, hood ornaments, gold-capped teeth and sneakers just to name a few.

Wagneritis 

Wag-ner-i-tis : noun
: an acute contagious disease that directly effects the ability to go to a job or school. Symptoms vary from a simple inability to arrive on time to severe symptoms which include unwillingness to get out of bed and/or refusal to be employed. Often times the disease is passed easily among close friends, family and co-workers. If not addressed early on, Wagneritis can lead to being broke, living with parents, and/or Ergophobia.

To feel sleepy after eating is referred to in and around the Caribbean
as having "niggeritis", a direct allusion to the lazinessof Africans.

The dazed state of inactivity or sleep brought on by extensive over-eating, after the Trinidadian snake that devours small animals whole and lies in the same place for several days after, digesting; the politically correct or polite version is "Macajuel syndrome" of the more well-known but less socially acceptable "niggeritis"

I cannot attend the meeting after lunch becuase of niggeritis.

An annoying disease u get after eating to much, stiting to long, smoking to much weed, or even drinking to much.
Symptoms are: Lazyness, Droussyness, and not wanting to work.
