A slang remark made under one's breath to threaten the placement of one's genitalia. Urgleshmittenheimer, once a vigilante surgeon in Bendorf, Germany was rumored to remove the genitals of people with abnormally large feet and reattach them to their face. This name is now used throughout Germany as an idle threat.
