UNCLE is an obscene Sudanese-language word, which often refers to the act of tobacco consumption but is also commonly used to denote and hint forthcoming danger. Its origin is obscure but is usually considered to be first attested to around early 2018 in Chang Mai, Thailand. although it may be considerably older.
