2. an ardent fan of a celebrity or of a particular activity
3. a dumbass person who follows celebs on twitter and thinks their really friends with them and writes on their walls and expects responses..

Another name for the word "thigh". Sometimes used in casual conversation as gibberish.

"WOW. LOOK AT THOSE THUNDER TOUPIES!"
or
"There's a little toupie on my trail!"
