1) when someone has been drinking all day, and no shower, and their stench smells like a radiant mix of tuna and poop. Usually due to excessive farting/sharting mixed with unnecessary levels of alcohol consumption. Sometimes results in living organisms, mainly tuna-fish, crawling out of your rectum.

2) used to describe an exceptionally vile human being

1) Oh my god, dude that guy smells like tunapoop. (proceed to vomit)

2) Dude he's being really tunapoopy lately, and I don't know why because he's usually cool.
