1) when someone has been drinking all day, and no shower, and their stench smells like a radiant mix of tuna and poop. Usually due to excessive farting/sharting mixed with unnecessary levels of alcohol consumption. Sometimes results in living organisms, mainly tuna-fish, crawling out of your rectum.
