trumptation marks

Definition: Punctuation marks used to specifically focus attention on a specific item, thought, or action that can then encompass a wide variety of convenient, and often different, definitions at a later date.
Donald Trump used trumptation marks on the words "wire tapping" in a recent tweet yet everyone is questioning his meaning. If you use trumptation marks on the word "automobile" you can at a later date define it to mean "anything with wheels".

Rumpulation

A combination of rumor and speculation; to base an idea on a very small bit of real information and build hype to a ridiculous level. A prime example of a group that is well know for rumpulations is the Apple community. They catch wind of a tiny bit of information that is "leaked" by Apple and come up with all kinds of wild ideas about the next new iPhone.
Hey, did you hear the rumpulations around the new iPhone 8? They are are going to add a new innovative "headphone" port!

More from Urban Dictionary
West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
Some grebo passed with Sabbath playing on his stereo.
The Poppies are at no. 17? God, a grebo band in the charts!
