The Kate

The action one takes when someone sees a mundane, yet evil none the less, attempt to break the law. These attempts can come in the form of littering, loitering and standing in a bed of flowers. The actions must include something magic related, such as spontaneously setting up a maze of mirrors to lead a littering perpetrator to be trapped in a trash can with the piece of litter in his left breast pocket which now has the name of his long deceased, childhood pet written on it.

John: Yo Frank, did you hear about that girl who made that bed of flowers disappear from under that guy's feet?

Frank: Oh, yeah! They say she pulled The Kate!

The Kate Rule

The Kate Rule states that when a male is acting like an asshole he shall be called by a female name, which is chosen by the person who calls upon the rule, and can be supported by other individuals.
A person shall be called by his name again when the amount of people supporting him is more than the amount supporting the accuser.

I hereby call upon the Kate Rule to condemn Gary, he shall be called Lisa from this moment on, do I have the people's support?

Kate the Great

In the year 843 B.C. Macedonia, the reign of Kate the Great was errant. The people, becoming upset, had decided to overthrow their Queen and control the greatest city ever. With her final last words which had a bittersweet symphonous meaning: REMEMBER WHO IS YOUR GODDESS, YOUR QUEEN, YOUR ONLY RULER! KATE THE GREAT! with the last speech, her existence fell underground, for centuries she turned tricks in the French government, selling cigarettes and running the most classiest of whore houses. It was when in 923, France, Kate's existence became apparent once again, having killed King Robert I, she in turned used her advanced ancient military tactics until she moved to america and became a normal girl. However, she still retained the famous name "Kate the Great".
