Teenage Mutant Ninja Hobo 

A single or a team of special young homeless men lead by a homeless man of a different race that wears a robe and talks in a philosophical way and you are all out screwed if you do not give them your spare change because you will be cut to bits and eaten. Their main prey is annoying "sassy" gay men named Ricarrdo due to their complete defenlessness.
