When a , bitchy, rich entitled woman or teenage girl wears giant dark sunglasses and doesnt take them off when inside (especially when ordering at Starbucks). The sunglass lenses are enormous and cover half her face. The size of the sunglasses is directly proportional to the level of bitchiness. GSB for short. similar to rehab glasses.

Very LARGE sunglasses that you wear over your eyes or in this case practically over your face. But they do look cute and they're great for people with big eyes or if you haven't slept much and are on the go.
