Sriracha

- A district (amphur, pronounced as um-per) of Chonburi Province, Thailand, where the hot sauce was truly originated.
- A very well known hot sauce, as well as favourite sauce for many people. But most don't know their sauce (Tuong Ot from Huy Fong Foods) is Vietnamese one, and it's different in spiciness to Thai one, which is an insult to the true, original sauce to us Thais.
I wonder if I add the true sriracha into Pho and it'll taste as good as Vietnamese one.
