ight hear me out. the 10 and spin consists of two sets of friends. both sets are on the couch making out and there is a timer in the middle set for 10 minutes. When the timer goes off the two girls spin and casually swap men. then another timer is set and once the timer is finished the "10 and Spin" is officially over.

Get the spin that shit mug.
A method of sealing the bag of a loaf of bread by spinning the bag below the opening and tucking it under the bottom of the bread before storing.
I can never find the twist tie after I make a sandwich so I use the spin and tuck to seal the bread bag.
