A person whose nose is filling with mucus and who:
a) Does not empty the contents by blowing into a tissue.
b) Continues to sniff at the mucus so that it lifts into the nose and begins to slide down again.
c) Repeats b) continually.

I had trouble concentrating in the exam because there was a snotgrottler sitting behind me.

a person who sneezes violently in public and is unable to find a tissue or appropriate item to wipe away the resulting snot explosion.

help i have snot all down my face and cant find a tissue - i feel like such a snotgrobbler
