Something that is way, way, way sick (awesome).

Rappers often use it to describe things.

Rapper: Yo, It's that sick ass shit.. don't fuck with it or you'll lose your grip. 99 tops spinnin on the ground.. a 44 mag to your head goes BLOWEN.
Other rapper: 99 tops spinning on the ground.. that's weak ass shit. (see weak ass shit)
