Russian for male Athene owl. Originally used in slang to describe a moody and an offish person. Later interpreted as someone who is secluded, and spends a lot of time on internet. Adopted by a San Francisco tweaker gang specializing in identity theft in early 2000's to describe its members, and other like minded individuals.

When one packs tobacco in his p before packing the weed. The tobacco is known as sich. Probablly kills us faster, but shit, it gets your freakin' ripped. (see hitting p's as well)
