The meaning "shape on" is a turm used by casual drug users to get a gathering of like minded people together to part take in session. Theses sessions can last from a few hours to a few days.

"Hey Sarah what you up to? Fancy coming for a shape on??"

"lets go get are shape on"

"Sarah you got hell of a shape on sort it out"

"Im shaped right up"

Similar to curvy. It is also used incorrectly. Women with a hourglass type figure, tone and firm but with some meat on their bones, are shapely. Fat girls with rolls are not. Thighs with cottage cheese are not found on shapely girls. Shapely is closer to thick than it is to heavy set.

Catherine Zeta Jones is shapely. Rosie O'Donnell is not.
