The flip and purposeful perspective dismissing the need for preventative and corrective maintenance of government provided resources in roadways, parks and general services like water, electricity and gas utilities.
Taxpayers demand more from the schminfrastructure the city provides, because the citizenry can only take so many potholes, broken water mains and an underperforming council.
