A comment that has hidden sarcasm, but sounds positive. Often used by someone losing but makes a comment that may on appearance appear that opposite is happening. For example a player might say "this team is truly awesome," or "great battle"... even though this players team is being pummeled and is behind 46 to zero. Basically hiding the scars of defeat.
Bob exclaimed "victory, victory, victory" even though his team lost 25-0... now thats some great scarcasm

Scarcasm, n. clever but very unkind comments that leave a scar on the recipient. A stronger form of sarcasm that is directed towards someone who is especially sensitive and is permanently "scarred" by the cutting remark.

The idea that you use such harsh sarcasm that it emotionally scars or traumatizes the person, hence the Scarcasm
Guy 1: "I told her she was a ugly slob, but she doesn't know i was kidding"
