Stan twitter users often get their accounts permanently suspended after saying offensive things or tweeting tweets that violate the community rules and guidelines. Users that get suspended often tweet a screenshot of their suspended account with a random picture and ask their mutuals to retweet their post to help them find their old mutuals from their suspended account.
