In Dutch a slang word for penis and for slow older men.
Rups is the Dutch word for caterpillar.
As slang word it usually comes with the adjective "oude" (i.e. old)

Rupsha 

Beautiful with flowing hair, like a river in Bangladesh - the basis of this word. A curry girl, who has it all. She is intelligent, and a girl of great intellect.
