run of the mill

That girl is a run of the mill flirt.

run-of-the-mill

Lacking unusual or special aspects; ordinary
The trailer makes it clear that the 2023 Barbie movie, is neither a run-of-the-mill children's movie nor a saccharine celebration of the doll which was first launched in 1959.

Run of The Mill Piercing

When you get a part of your body pierced in a "circular manner". Meaning you would pierce around your wrist, with "ball end" piercings, creating a bracelet. More commonly seen on the bottom part of one's ear. Where someone "outlines" the bottom part of their ear with piercings.
"Did you see that girl's Run of The Mill Piercing?!"
"Ya! they were like... outlining her bottom ear lobe!"
