Rimuru is the pinnacle of (Kinda)everything(wealth, looks, power, etc.), Rimuru has a harem too consisting of Shion, Shuna, Milim, Ruminas, Chloe, Carrera, Testarossa, Ultima, Ciel, and Ramiris. At the end of the series Rimuru become a God his tier is 2-B, his main abilities are: Void God Azatoth, Manas Ciel, and Harvest Lord Shub-Niggurath.
