Randy is well.... one of the most interesting characters on South Park. The best way to describe Randy is that he is a wildcard and you never know what you will get with him. Initially, he was just a geologist, but as the show has continued to go on, Randy has pursued multiple adventures.

Setting the record for largest crap ever taken
Purposely getting cancer just to smoke weed
Being the Denver Broncos Coach
Becoming a successful weed farmer
Randy has done it all, and he may be an idiot and sometimes a bit of an alcoholic, but there’s no one like Randy Marsh

The act of taking a gigantic dump relative to the size of South Park's Randy Marsh's dump that weighed many Courics. After The Randy Marsh one has an intense release of endorphins and feels relaxed and proud of their massive dump.
