Someone who plays ping-pong with themselves and/or Adolf Hitler.

Example 1:
Person 1: Are you playing ping-pong with yourself?
Person 2: Yes.
Person 1: You're such a Silly Randy Marsh.

Example 2:
Person 1: Are you playing ping-pong with Adolf Hitler?
Person 2: Yes.
Person 1: You're such a Silly Randy Marsh.
