What cowboys called a hand rolled cigarette, not a joint, and they didn't even have "blunts" back then!

Listen to the Marty Robbins song "Cowboy in the Continental Suit" where it says the cowboy pulled a "sack of Deuce" and "rolled himself a quirly". He's talking about tobacco, not pot!
