pumpkin in pants

A large bulge of fatty tissue below the belt line and above the crotch. A large enough bulge will cause a fully expanded pair of pleated slacks to closely resemble a pumpkin.

Embarassingly, the mans pumpkin in pants toppled his iced mocha when he stood up from the table.
