Pulling a Judson

To cancel an event, meeting, or Sunday night Bible study on a whim. Some examples of past whims: toothache, tennis match, feeling bummed after Notre Dame loses again, etc. Named from actor Judson Scott's reputation for "Pulling a Judson". Also, the notorious family after which Judson Scott was named.
Judson email to group: Hey guys, I know this sucks, but we need to cancel tonight. See you next week! ;) ;)
Email response from brave group member: Umm... could you please tell me why?
Email response from Judson: We got home from Hawaii four days ago and my son is suffering from jet lag. Also, my pants are still a little damp and they need more time in the dryer.
Email response from brave group member to the rest of the group: Guys... is their excuse legit or are they pulling a Judson?
