The act of emptying ones bowels while listening to thrashy, hardcore, brutal, or otherwise rockin' music to enhance the experience.

Ray - "My iPod's charged, I'm ready to go to the bathroom!"
Preston - "What do you need your iPod for?"
Ray - "Power pooping, man. It's what all the rock stars and CEOs and shit do. You gotta try it!"
