A person who keeps an open mind while studying/speaking about politics for the good of the people;gives good advice about politics, yet does not side with anything or anyone.

Ex.#1-Dante disliked the political system, so he became a philosoterian to make it better.

Ex.#2-Vergil thinks the political system can use some help, so he becomes a philosoterian to help it.
