To carry or conceal a knife or dagger for personal protection purposes. Often used in the ghetto as an alternative for those who are too cheap to afford a .45 or .38 special, or are legally barred from owning a firearm from a previous felony conviction.

Jamal started packing blade to protect himself from the thugs and goonys in his neighborhood.
