One who is ostepricious is annoyingly different than everyone else. This is used in a sense that they are so out-of-the-ordinary that it seems intentional, as if this person is trying to stand out.

Person 1: Hey, did you hear Jack Harlow’s new song?
Person 2: No. I can’t stand him. He’s so ostepricious.
Person 3: what the fuck is a jack harlow
