Orificionado 

A man who is particularly or unusually interested in the reproductive equipment of women. Usual used to refer to a man of refined taste who is well educated on the subject.
As you can tell from my exquisite and varied collection of works on the subject, I fancy myself quite the orificionado.

Orificial Intelligence 

The intelligence to keep your orifices - nostrils and mouth - covered during a pandemic. Those who deny that Covid exists may refer to it as scoffingly as OI as they wheeze their final breath.
