Okay this is a bit tricky, Notiflushications is considered to be an A.R.T! which stands for (Annoying Ridiculous Thing). It's celebrated on Feb. 7 of every year( in your face Valentines this comes a week earlier!). Simply it's swamping someone's facebook by useless notifications so that person would thing he/she is suddenly SUPER POPULAR when it's almost like the coolest prank ever for us, and total shock to them...
