This expression depicts a phonetic representation of the term and can be written in multiple other ways such as: noooiuuu, noiuuu, etc. In its longer counterpart, 'noiu' can be thought of as a typical melodic British prosody of speech, beginning at a high pitch and ending at a lower pitch.
