Using two fingers to violently destruct or disturb anything while obnoxiously yelling Nigga Dip. Usually using your pointer finger and middle finger together. Mostly used to disturb someone's food or drink but can be used for a variety of other things. Phrase originated in San Francisco and is used commonly there.
