1. Nigga was derived from the word, nigger. Back when slavery was still used, slave owners decided the slaves weren't good enough for names, so they called them niggers. Some blacks say saying nigga/nigger is offensive to themselves because they're bringing back what slave owners used to say. Some think the slave stuff is just stupid. Depends on you're beliefs. (:

Nigga is word that us black people use to basically say someone is a close friend, family, or etc. Every black person is NOT a nigga, that's where people get it wrong at. White people are not allowed to say it, but they are saying it now even though us black people look at each other every time they say it because they white person is a cool person.
